Secondary boundary forums scheduled for December
As a result of declining enrollment and unbalanced student distribution, some CKSD schools are below optimal enrollment. To resolve this issue, a Secondary Boundary Committee was formed to examine board policy, demographic studies and district data. Public forums are now scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on December 3rd and 4th in the Gymnasium of the Jenne-Wright Administration Center.

Public Hearing: Seabeck Elementary School property
The Central Kitsap School District Board of Directors held a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. to solicit comments from the public regarding the disposition of the Seabeck Elementary School property.

The Way Ahead 08-09 and Beyond

Central Kitsap School District presented the preliminary budget for the 2008-2009 school year at the school board meeting held on June 18, 2008.
